Official Paper Transcripts
The Office of the University Registrar will be closed Monday, December 26th through Monday, January 2nd. E-transcripts will be available for purchase via the National Student Clearinghouse during that period, but paper transcripts requested via Sage or by paper request form will not be available. Paper transcripts should be requested no later than Wednesday, December 21st to ensure pick-up by Friday, December 23rd. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd.
Current and former students can order official paper transcripts free of charge. We offer two convenient ways to request official paper transcripts:
- Those with access to Sage, can order official paper transcripts via the Sage Student Self-Service page. Transcripts requested via Student Self-Service are generated nightly and sent via regular mail within 2 business days.
- Those who attended Brandeis prior to 1987 or have lost track of their Sage login information, can request an official paper transcript by submitting a completed and signed Transcript Request Form. The form can be sent via fax, email or mail. Such transcript requests are processed within two business days of receipt of the completed form.
Please note that former students who have forgotten their username or password, can recover their username and reset their password at unet.brandeis.edu or by calling the LTS Help Desk at 781-736-HELP.
