• Log in to Workday with your Brandeis username and password.
• From Menu in upper left corner click Benefits & Pay.
• Click  Benefits to see the dropdown list

• Choose Benefit Elections – to see current enrollment
• Choose Benefits by Date – to see prior coverage or future coverage if a change is being made

or

• Log in to Workday with your Brandeis username and password.
• Click  the Person Icon in upper right corner
• Under your name click View Profile
• Click Benefits in the blue section on the left to bring up Benefit Elections page

Note: You should only click Change Benefits button if you have a documented qualifying event.  Changes for the retirement savings plan can only be done through NetBenefits.

• Log in to Workday with your Brandeis username and password.
• From Menu in upper left corner click Benefits & Pay.
• Click  Benefits to see the dropdown list
• Choose Dependents

For existing spouse or child dependents, you can review or edit their demographic information.

PLEASE NOTE: This  Dependent action does not add or remove a dependent from your Health plans. This action only changes personal information about a person (name, age, relationship to you, etc...)

Dependents must have address in the USA. Names must be in English.

To add or remove a spouse and or dependent from your plan, you need a documented qualifying event.

• Log in to Workday with your Brandeis username and password.
• From Menu in upper left corner click Benefits & Pay.
• Click  Benefits to see the dropdown list
• Choose Beneficiary

For existing beneficiaries, you can review or Edit their demographic information

PLEASE NOTE: Change Beneficiary action does not add or remove a beneficiary from your Life Insurance plan(s). This action only changes personal information about a person (name, age, relationship to you, etc...)
