Kaltura MediaSpace is the management portal for all of your content and where you can upload and manage your videos.
My Media is your private, searchable repository for viewing and managing personal media content. This library remains consistent across all Kaltura applications, allowing you to publish and share items to galleries or channels based on your access level.

Authorized users and group managers can create and manage MediaSpace Channels by manually configuring settings and member permissions. Channel creation requires a specific application role assigned by the organization.

Actively viewed content will remain in Kaltura indefinitely, while content that has not been viewed within two years will become archived, and deleted after four years. Please consider holding a local copy of content that is important and should never be deleted.
