Getting Started

Welcome to Brandeis University! We hope that you find this website resourceful and informative during your time here.

International Scholars

• Prior to your arrival, connect with the International Students and Scholars Office and complete appropriate visa paperwork.

• Upon arrival, confirm your arrival with the International Students and Scholars Office.

• Submit the international scholar online check-in form.

• Schedule a new-scholar orientation.

All Scholars

• Complete your I-9 documentation with the Office of Human Resources, making sure to bring appropriate identification and work authorization documents (pdf).

• Pick up a benefits packet from Human Resources (these must be returned within 31 days).

• Sign up for new-employee orientation with Human Resources.

• Create a Unet ID/Brandeis email address.

• Get your ID card (also serves as your library and gym-membership card).

• Get a parking sticker (Office of Parking and Traffic is in the Stoneman building).
