Socrates Café

Socrates Cafés are gatherings where people from different backgrounds exchange thoughtful ideas and experiences while embracing the central idea that that we learn more when we question with others.

Socrates Café groups are currently meeting in Rabb 338 and are open to anyone who wishes to attend. Topics are chosen by vote or announced shortly in advance. There are no prerequisites, and no reading or other preparation is required.

The Socrates Café is open to all philosophically minded undergraduate and graduate students, regardless of major. Meeting times vary.

Bring your questions, snacks will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
