Incoming Four-Year Degree Candidates
Students Who Will Matriculate in Fall '24 or January '25
Until you have begun your formal undergraduate career with either a fall or spring semester, your summer courses are held in a separate record and as such are not counted in your GPA.
You may request to have these courses transferred to your permanent undergraduate record once you have matriculated.
Summer courses will count toward credit residency requirements in accordance with the options articulated in the University Bulletin.
Summer School courses may be counted toward University and major requirements as long as they meet minimum grade requirements as detailed in the University Bulletin.
Once the registration process begins in April 2024, email the Summer School at email@example.com with your Workday ID number to have your record activated for summer term. After your student record is activated you will be able to enroll in courses in Workday.
