The Faculty Club

Please note that there is a room setup fee for events in the Faculty Club. The fee will be waived for events in the lounge and dining room that use the existing setup.
Each week day during the academic year, the Faculty Club hosts a lunch program in the Main Dining Room. Faculty, students and staff are able to create reservations and have lunch at the Club.

Ideal for small meetings, the President’s Dining Room can accommodate up to 14 people at an existing board room table.
The President's Dining Room can be reserved for lunch meetings during the week and for special events in the evenings and on weekends.
The Lounge offers more versatility for midsize groups. It can accommodate up to 30 people in a conference square, but can also be set to host a small banquet or reception.

Please keep in mind that for all events booked after 3 p.m. on weekdays and anytime on weekends, a $500 food and non-alcoholic beverage minimum will be applied. Typical setup charges for the lounge are up to $100. Events that use the existing setup in the lounge will not incur a setup fee.
The Main Dining Room is available on weekdays after 5 p.m. for larger events such as retirement parties, holiday parties or large celebrations. Contact an event specialist for more information.
The room is well-suited for upscale banquets and receptions and can accommodate larger crowds with a variety of setup options. If you have a vision for your event, ask your Event Specialist to create a possible diagram for your set up. We are more than happy to help bring your vision to life.

In addition to menu choices from the catering menu, The Faculty Club offers the Meet and Munch, which includes The Faculty Club's soup, salad and bread bar during lunch hours.
All catered events at The Faculty Club are served on china and require waitstaff.
