Most audio/visual (A/V) equipment is readily available for your event and can be provided by Media Technology Services (MTS). Use of Brandeis University audio/visual equipment will have an associated fee, and can be arranged through University Events and included on your event reservation.

It is best practice to schedule an A/V technician as far in advance as possible to ensure staffing can be provided for your event. If you are unsure if an A/V technician is required for your event, please speak with your Event Specialist. All A/V technicians are scheduled on your behalf through University Events.
