All information that you provide to Brandeis University through the online registration form, paper application, or e-mail requests for further information will be dealt with as provided for in this statement.
Brandeis University requires a certain amount of information from prospective delegates and/or persons requesting further information about the Seminar in order to respond to your queries, and to assess and review your application.
For the purpose of the Seminar, Brandeis University collects and maintains different types of personal information. This includes:
- contact and identification information, such as delegate address, telephone number and email address;
- parental contact information, such as parent or guardian name, address, and telephone number;
- information concerning the delegate's academic history, such as high school, cumulative GPA and rank in class;
- medical history; emergency medical authorizations, and travel information for admitted delegates
This information is strictly for internal use by the University. Brandeis University does not sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party. Brandeis University may need to disclose your personal information when required by law.
We will honor any requests to cease unsolicited emails sent out for the Seminar. To opt-out from future emails, you must email us from the email address you wish to remove. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for you request to take place.
