To support managers through the 2026 Talent Advancement Program (TAP) performance review process, a range of flexible learning options are available:

On-Demand Training: Managers can access curated training resources and a recorded session at their convenience.

Recorded session: Conducting Effective Annual Performance Reviews (Brandeis login required).

Live Support: Managers who would benefit from more personalized guidance may schedule a one-on-one training session with a member of the HR team.
These options are designed to provide both flexibility and tailored support, ensuring managers feel confident and prepared throughout the review process.
