The Client Technology Group combines the expertise of our Technology Help Desk Staff and our Media and Technology Services team into one group of ITS experts who can help you with all of your technology needs.
The Technology Help Desk
The Technology Help Desk has a physical location in the Goldfarb Library Commons. You can also call the Help Desk at 781-736-HELP or email the Help Desk at help@brandeis.edu.
The Brandeis Service Portal is available to Brandeis faculty, staff and students. Use the portal to create tickets for the Help Desk and other ITS support teams.

Media and Technology Services
Our MTS team oversees Digital Media (which includes Kaltura and Echo 360), Technology Enabled Spaces, and Event Technology.
