Bernard Bossom has been volunteering at the Seattle Symphony since moving to Seattle from New York City with his wife, Janet, to be nearer to their two children. He also volunteers at SCORE, which provides free mentoring to people starting a new business or trying to solve business problems. “I cannot tell you how satisfying it has been,” he writes. “Married for 51 years and going strong.
