George Fulk has been named a Catherine Worthingham Fellow of the American Physical Therapy Association. George is chair of the physical therapy department in the College of Health Professions at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dawn (Weisenberg) LaFontaine founded Cat in the Box, which sells whimsical cardboard-box houses for cats. Designs include the Mega Milk Carton and the Monster Cheese Wedge. The boxes are manufactured in New England using recycled cardboard and soy-based inks. The business has been featured in Parade magazine; The Boston Globe; BostonVoyager; and designboom, which described the Mega Milk Carton as a “Warhol-esque stroke of genius.” Jennifer Post is managing partner of the Los Angeles office of Thompson Coburn, a law firm employing approximately 400 lawyers coast to coast. She also serves on the firm’s executive management committee. She is the first LGBTQ partner to manage one of the firm’s offices.
