Elisabeth Jordan works at the state of Oregon’s Employment Department, helping claimants navigate the unemployment-insurance benefit process. Jaclyn Kugell Yezerski was named to both the Massachusetts Super Lawyers and the Top 50 Women Massachusetts Super Lawyers lists for 2019. Helene Newberg is an investigator and compliance officer at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She notes that the Brandeis undergraduates who have interned at the commission during her tenure have all been impressive. Melissa Silverstein is artistic director and co-founder of the Athena Film Festival at Barnard College, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. She is also launching the Girls Club, an online community for female creatives.
