Ingrid Manevitz joined the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group. She focuses on disputes involving boards of condominiums and cooperatives; individual unit owners; and shareholders, sponsors, building owners, architects, engineers, and sales and marketing agents. In addition to litigation, she provides general counseling to boards and property managers of cooperatives and condominiums, and litigation-avoidance counseling to sponsors of new construction and conversion projects.
