"Elizabeth Squared" - Our New Grad Student Reps
Elisabeth writes, "As GSR, I hope to continue to foster the tight-knit community of master's students in our department. I wanted to serve in this role because I appreciated how welcoming this program has been, and wanted to aid in creating that space for others. I hope to create more social events during the semester so that our program gets together (covid responsibly) to talk about our philosophical interests and more."
Beth writes, "As GSR, I aim to foster an affirming community within the graduate students as colleagues, friends, and resources for each other. I hope to utilize my leadership skills to act as a liaison between the graduate students and the faculty, advocating for our voices and ensuring that everyone is happy and healthy as we Do Philosophy."
