Facilities Services Event Charges

The matrix below outlines potential set up, break down, and cleaning fees associated with your event. Event fees are based on the following: number of people, time of day, number of custodians needed and for how long.

* Facilities Services charges of $46.25 per hour reflect current rates. On January 1, 2026, the hourly fee will increase to $50 per hour.
** Event length includes pre-event time when set-up is in place, actual event time, and post-event time before attendees/participants have left.

Planned Overtime

If an employee is scheduled and authorized in advance to work overtime and said overtime work is cancelled up to four hours before the assignment is to begin, said employee will be paid for the hours scheduled to be worked except in cases of emergency shutdown arising out of a condition beyond the university's control.
