During these challenging times, we recognize the importance of social distancing as an effective way to slow the pandemic and protect vulnerable populations. It is also understandable that these measures will have an emotional toll on all of us.
To help us manage through this pandemic, it’s important to create a routine, build downtime into your schedule, take breaks from news and social media, and practice good self-care. Included below are links to fun, simple and practical resources to help you and your family in these uncertain times.

Take walks, go for a run, play games that don’t involve physical contact and enjoy being outside; just remember to follow local regulations for stay-at-home-orders and maintain a safe social distance of 6 feet from people who aren't part of your household if you venture outdoors.

Remind yourself — every day — to practice and promote effective handwashing. Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds; avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth; cough/sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve; disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces; avoid close contact with those who are sick; stay home when you're sick; and wear personal protective equipment as appropriate to your job.
