Annual Staff Salary Increase Program

This Annual Staff Salary Increase Program is aligned with our Total Rewards Philosophy in support of Brandeis University's mission, values and culture.

In an ongoing effort to more closely link pay with performance, the university requires managers and staff to participate in the Talent Advancement Program (TAP) for staff — a continuous and collaborative performance management process between staff and managers with a focus on frequent and ongoing development conversations, supported by a mid-year and annual review.

Please see the Talent Advancement Program for additional information, including the timeline, training opportunities, and general TAP support resources.
