The Human Resources Office offers training and resources to prepare staff for the annual and mid-year performance reviews as part of the Talent Advancement Program (TAP).
Staff Training and Support Resources
To support staff in preparing for the 2026 Talent Advancement Program (TAP) performance review process, a range of flexible learning options are available:
On-Demand Training: Staff can access curated training resources and a recorded session at their convenience.
Recorded session: Maximizing Your Annual Performance Review (Brandeis login required).
Live Support: Staff who would benefit from additional guidance may schedule a one-on-one session with a member of the HR team.
These resources are designed to help staff feel prepared, confident, and equipped to engage in a meaningful and productive performance conversation with their manager.
