Benefits and Wellness

The benefits and wellness team oversees the day-to-day operations of the university's benefits plans and shapes the department's benefits and wellness strategy.

Team members can help answer questions covering the university's medical, dental, flexible spending accounts, life and disability plans; retirement [403(b)] plans; and wellness programs as well as information about paid time off, family medical leave, workers' compensation and tuition remission.

  • Ensures that programs adhere to current regulations and support the university’s strategic objectives.

  • Manages the university's 403(b) retirement plan.
