Benefits and Wellness
The benefits and wellness team oversees the day-to-day operations of the university's benefits plans and shapes the department's benefits and wellness strategy.
Team members can help answer questions covering the university's medical, dental, life and disability plans; retirement [403(b)] plans; and wellness programs as well as information about paid time off, family medical leave, workers' compensation and tuition remission.
Who We Are

Leads the Benefits team within the newly created Total Rewards center of excellence.

Responsible for the overall design, development, and review of the employee health and benefit programs.

Leads the development of new initiatives to establish competitive and cost-effective benefits programs.

Ensures that programs adhere to current regulations and support the university’s strategic objectives.

Manages the university's 403(b) retirement plan.

Administers Brandeis FMLA and time-off policies.

Coordinates Brandeis worker compensation program.

Administers daily operation of Brandeis health and welfare programs.

Administers Brandeis tuition remission programs.

Provides customer service to employees regarding benefits programs.
