Benefits and Wellness

The benefits and wellness team oversees the day-to-day operations of the university's benefits plans and shapes the department's benefits and wellness strategy.

Team members can help answer questions covering the university's medical, dental, life and disability plans; retirement [403(b)] plans; and wellness programs as well as information about paid time off, family medical leave, workers' compensation and tuition remission.

  • Ensures that programs adhere to current regulations and support the university’s strategic objectives.

  • Manages the university's 403(b) retirement plan.
