The talent and learning staff are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent and implementing a full spectrum of HR learning programs. Please see the complete list for the Talent Team Client Coverage.
The unit also supports restructuring, reporting and job changes.
Who We Are

Directs full spectrum of the recruitment and talent acquisition.

Develops and implements a full spectrum of HR learning programs for the Brandeis community.

Provides oversight and support to recruitment/talent and learning team members ensuring high levels of positive interactions, timeliness and optimal outcomes from the hiring process.

Provides coaching and training for hiring managers on best practices related to interviewing, selection and onboarding.

High-volume recruiter who works with managers on the approval, posting, selection and hiring process.

Coordinates temporary employee hires and is the point of contact for temporary agencies.

Testing lead for Workday recruitment.

Business units currently handling include (but are not limited to) Cohen Center; Graduate School of Arts and Sciences; Heller School for Social Policy and Management; Institutional Advancement; School of Arts and Sciences; Student Affairs; Rabb School of Continuing Studies (including BOLLI and Summer School).

Assists with pre-college summer programs and other temporary employees as per the requests received from different departments.

Works with departments and agencies to facilitate temporary hiring, initiates assignments and screens candidates.

Assists with the I-9 and onboarding process for the new employees.
