Talent and Learning

The talent and learning staff are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent and implementing a full spectrum of HR learning programs.

 The unit also supports restructuring, reporting and job changes.

  • Coordinates temporary employee hires and is the point of contact for temporary agencies.

  • Business units currently handling include (but are not limited to) Cohen Center; Graduate School of Arts and Sciences; Heller School for Social Policy and Management; Institutional Advancement; School of Arts and Sciences; Student Affairs; Rabb School of Continuing Studies (including BOLLI and Summer School).
