Area of Coverage: Provides back-up to the Talent Team for overflow issues.

Directs full spectrum of the recruitment and talent acquisition.

Develops and implements a full spectrum of HR learning programs for the Brandeis community.

Provides oversight and support to recruitment/talent and learning team members ensuring high levels of positive interactions, timeliness and optimal outcomes from the hiring process.

Provides coaching and training for hiring managers on best practices related to interviewing, selection and onboarding.

Area of Coverage: Social Science and Social Policy (SSSP), Institutional Advancement, Provost’s office, Student Affairs, and the Center for Careers and Applied Liberal Arts. 

High-volume recruiter who works with managers on the approval, posting, selection and hiring process.

Coordinates temporary employee hires and is the point of contact for temporary agencies.

Testing lead for Workday recruitment.

Business units currently handling include (but are not limited to) Cohen Center; Graduate School of Arts and Sciences; Heller School for Social Policy and Management; Institutional Advancement; School of Arts and Sciences; Student Affairs; Rabb School of Continuing Studies (including BOLLI and Summer School).

Area of Coverage: Enrollment Management, Business and Economics (SBE), Facilities Administration, General Counsel, the Office of the President, Public Safety, and the Rabb School.

Works with managers on the approval, posting, selection and hiring process.

Assists with pre-college summer programs and other temporary employees as per the requests received from different departments.

Works with departments and agencies to facilitate temporary hiring, initiates assignments and screens candidates.

Assists with the I-9 and onboarding process for the new employees.

Area of Coverage: Arts, Science and Humanities (AHC), Budget and Finance, Campus Planning and Operations, Centers and Institutes, Communications, English Language Programs, Graduate Affairs, Information Technology Services, International Students and, Scholars Office, Investment Management, Library Services, Research Administration, Academic Services, Rose Art Museum, and Science, Engineering, and Technology (SET). 

Works with managers on the approval, posting, selection and hiring process.

First point of contact for the Human Resources Department.

Maintain, update and create employee personnel files.

Complete, correct, update and maintain I-9s.

Assist with onboarding of Human Resources Employees.

Provide ticket sales.

Provide coverage for front desk and customer service for phone calls and emails to HR.
