Features

Brandeis requires a service for the campus community to assist in planning and managing events, and also to schedule spaces. Such events include classes, meetings, lectures, sporting engagements, and other academic and non-academic events. Also included are larger gatherings such as Commencement, Orientations, Conferences, Alumni Events, or even private weddings. The Event Management and Scheduling service provides:

  • Updated space availability
  • Space scheduling
  • Ability to detail events (Food Services, Custodial Services, Equipment, etc.)
  • Reporting on events and spaces
  • Class schedule importing
