Who can have access to Kaltura?
Kaltura is available to current students, faculty and staff. Users can have access to an individual channel or groups of users can have access to a shared channel for managing content for a department or office.

How long will content in Kaltura be retained?
Actively viewed content will remain in Kaltura indefinitely, while content that has not been viewed within two years will become archived, and deleted after four years. Please consider holding a local copy of content that is important and should never be deleted.
