Database Trials
Library database trials provide temporary access to new resources so that the Brandeis community can try out a resource and evaluate its content, functionality, and value. These trials are time sensitive, lasting on average up to 30 days. We encourage the Brandeis community to utilize these trials and provide feedback.
This collection collates over 90,000 images from almost 3,500 issues of The Graphic, published between December 1869 and April 1932. The Graphic featured articles on politics, international relations, religion, and science, capturing the dramatic transformations that occurred within British society through the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

We now have trial access to U.S. Government Insight Collection, which includes Indian Claims Insight, Legislative Insight, Regulatory Insight, and Supreme Court Insight. To access the trial, go to ProQuest Congressional and in the upper right, select the drop-downs under Related Databases for the various Insight collections. This resource enables researchers to analyze how U.S. law and policy develop through professionally researched histories showing the connections between Congressional lawmaking, agency implementation, and judicial interpretation.
