Albert Foer, founder, president and CEO of the American Antitrust Institute, resigned in January after 17 years at the organization’s helm. He will continue with the institute in a new part-time role focused on international competition advocacy and competition culture. Marshall and Helene (Weiner) Stein, P’90, report they had a great time at the bat mitzvah of Ilana Bourke, the granddaughter of Judy and Fred Krell, both ’63, P’89, in Northampton, Mass. Ilana’s parents are Miriam Krell Bourke and Andrew Bourke, both ’89.

PRESIDENTIAL ADDRESS FORUM: Host Chad Kurtz ’05, Paul Friedman ’81, Catherine Gibson ’06 and Caryn Finley ’97 joined former CNN political analyst Bill Schneider ’66 (center) at a State of the Union viewing party organized by the Lawyers Network of the Alumni Club of Washington, D.C.
