David Dagan, GSAS MA’03, is manager of editorial and academic affairs at the Niskanen Center, a nonpartisan Washington, D.C., think tank that works on such issues as democracy, climate and poverty. He and wife Rebecca Weinstock live in Baltimore with their two boys. Joshua Peck is deputy assistant secretary for public engagement at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where he oversees creative development and paid media for the campaign that seeks to build confidence in the COVID-19 vaccines. He lives in Washington, D.C., with wife Sasha Bruce and daughters Petra (7) and Vera (4). Andrew Tirrell is associate professor, with tenure, in the University of San Diego’s political science department. He says he would love to catch up with any Brandeis friends who find themselves in San Diego. On Sept. 14, Marsha (Pierre-Jacques) and Rashad Williams welcomed daughter Selah Enelle Joyce, who joins big siblings Sylas, Shyla, Sauvion and Shani. Marsha is chief executive officer at KairosPDX, an educational nonprofit in Portland, Oregon. Rashad is global vice president of product in the basketball category at Adidas.
