Abby Armstrong and Jeremy Asch ’12 were married in a private ceremony in Maine in August. Iyvon Edebiri, who led the radio-play platform The Parsnip Ship for six years, is director of artistic programs at Manhattan’s Signature Theatre. Gila Golder writes, “I was laid off in June 2020 (thanks, COVID). After a year of substitute teaching, food service work and freelance writing, I joined Mendelson Law Firm, in Memphis, Tennessee, as a file clerk. I’m now a legal assistant there. It’s very different from my previous job in nonprofit programming/communications, but I’m learning a lot and eager to see where this path takes me.” Harrison Goldspiel is pursuing a PhD in the wildlife, fisheries and conservation biology department at the University of Maine, studying salamanders and wetlands. Delande Justinvil is working on a PhD in anthropology at American University. His research includes studying a 19th-century African American burial ground in Washington, D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood. Jessie Stettin, IBS MA’14, is director of culture, engagement and relationships at C Space, a global customer agency. He’s also a key partner and member of the board of advisers at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts.
