A book of poetry by Carol Snyder Halberstadt, “Gathering Words: Leaves From a Tree of Life,” was published by Whirlybird Press in January 2019. It received glowing reviews, she reports. A poem by Dorothy Shubow Nelson titled “Kingwood, West Virginia” appeared in the literary journal Pangyrus in December 2021. Sharon Pucker Rivo teaches a course on film and the Holocaust in Brandeis’ Department of Near Eastern and Judaic Studies.
