In May, Jamie Erdheim married Dom Cooper in a ceremony deep in the Michigan woods, surrounded by Brandeis friends. She is pursuing a Master of Arts at the University of Michigan and is planning to become a high-school history teacher. Irina Krykbaeva, a recent PhD graduate from the Yale School of Medicine’s Department of Pathology, is the winner of the 2022 Milton C. Winternitz Prize in Pathology. The prize is awarded annually to a student who has done outstanding work. Philip Lu received the High Performers Achievement Award from the Federal Asian Pacific American Council’s Career Development Mentoring Program. Philip was one of 10 federal, military, and District of Columbia employees accepted in the program’s class of 2021. He is a fish and wildlife biologist training specialist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Robert St. Laurence, adjunct theater professor at Boston’s Bunker Hill Community College, appeared in a production of “Nat Turner in Jerusalem” at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater in 2021.
