Daniel Arshack is a managing partner at Arshack, Hajek & Lehrman in New York City. He has successfully defended securities fraud, international arms-dealing, homicide, and professional-malpractice cases during 40 years of practice, both as a public defender and in private practice. Daniel is co-founder of the Bronx Defenders and consulting counsel to National Advocates for Pregnant Women, where he provides defense services to women charged with crimes associated with being pregnant. Kenneth Bello was selected for inclusion in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers in America for his work in employment law. He is a partner at Barclay Damon. Robert Digrazia has been an attorney in Salem, Massachusetts, for 38 years. He and wife Sue, who have been married for four years, have six children and six grandchildren between them. At a Brandeis basketball game in March, Robert enjoyed a mini-reunion with classmates David Carr and John Martin, as well as Bill Brouillard ’74; Chuck Coveney ’75; Wes Cotter ’75; Peter Mahoney ’79, Heller MMHS’94; Bob McKenna ’77; and Bob Romeo ’80. Marilyn Heine, a physician specializing in hematology and oncology, has been elected to the American Medical Association’s board of trustees. Rosa Lowinger is working on a memoir about her 30-year career as a sculpture and architecture conservator. She co-authored the 2018 book “Promising Paradise: Cuban Allure, American Seduction,” a catalog to the exhibition she co-curated at Florida International University’s Wolfsonian Museum. The Los Angeles Film Critics Association named Steve Saklad’s designs for the feature film “Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar” as the best film production design of 2021. In other news, Steve and husband Paul Hartman in March celebrated 30 years together at a 1920s-themed party.
