Nora Epstein and Daniel Orkin have welcomed a son, Moses Benjamin Orkin. Nora defended her PhD dissertation in history from the University of St. Andrews, in Scotland, while eight months pregnant with Moses. Shira (Androphy) Foint and her husband, Avi, welcomed their son, Matan Judah, on Feb. 19. Zohar Fuller and Maryse Pearce, Heller MBA/MPP’18, were married on Aug. 14 in Groton, Massachusetts. Zohar is a freelance theater director and teacher. Maryse is a program manager at Stonewall Community Foundation, which is based in Manhattan. Rachel Kincaid is newsletter manager at the Marshall Project, a nonprofit news organization focused on the U.S. criminal justice system. She lives in Minnesota. Nicholas Moskevich is a commercial litigation lawyer at Davis Graham & Stubbs, in Denver. Bekah Richards, who has been a Washington, D.C., resident since 2014, was the D.C. area winner of the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District’s 2022 Golden Haiku contest. This was her winning entry (contest participants were not required to follow the traditional 5-7-5 syllable structure): “evening-stretched shadows … / kids crowd / the snow cone stand.” Bekah is a lead communications analyst at the Federal Reserve Board and is enrolled in the Master of Arts in Writing program at Johns Hopkins University, in the fiction concentration.
