Theater/Facility Rental

The theaters in Spingold are not available for rental events at this time.

Costume and Prop Rentals

Our costume and prop stock is available for rental during the academic year. An appointment is necessary. Stock hours change each semester and are posted below.

Please note costume and prop stock may have adjusted hours or be closed during holiday and break weeks. All rentals must be complete 15 minutes before stock closes each day to allow time for the stock keepers to complete their paperwork and lock up. Deposit fees are due when items are picked up. Items cannot be reserved for later pick-up or be removed from stock without payment. Please download the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions below for more information.

Costume Stock Hours

Costume stock will be available by appointment only during the hours listed below. As stated above, please note costume and prop stock may have adjusted hours or be closed during holiday and break weeks. Once an appointment has been confirmed, access Costume Stock through the Spingold front entrance and continue down the hallway to the left to room 214.

• Renters must be masked at all times we ask that anyone coming to Stock be fully vaccinated.
• By appointment only — all appointments can be made by emailing costumestock@brandeis.edu or calling 781-736.-3393. Messages are checked and returned during stock hours.
• Deposit and rental fees are due at the time of the rental. Please bring cash or separate checks for deposit and rental fees.
