Foundational Literacies
As part of completing the Classical and Early Mediterranean Studies major, all students in every track must fulfill the Digital Literacy, Oral Communication, and Writing Intensive requirements by successfully completing courses with the DL, OC, and WI designation in the Divisions of Creative Arts, Humanities, or Social Science. No single course may satisfy all three foundational literacies. One course may satisfy two of the three foundational literacies. For questions, please see our UAH, Professor Dar Brooks Hedstrom.
