Technology Health Checks - ITS, Right Where You Work
The ITS Service Desk program "Technology Health Checks", brings in-person support right where you work! Our knowledgeable service specialists and manager work with departments across campus each semester to schedule time in each department's building to give you the technology assistance you need without having to walk to, call or create a ticket with the Goldfarb IT Service Desk.
Watch for session dates on the ITS Homepage under the "News and Events" section, on @DeisTechNews social channels, the ITS News website, and the Brandeis Technology Newsletters. Scheduled dates in your area will be forwarded by email from your department administrators.
