Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
What resources are available for multi-racial and multi-ethnic Jews?
Jews of color are active and treasured participants in all aspects of Jewish life at Brandeis. At Hillel, BIPOC Jews pray, lead services and participate in student clubs and affinity groups.
The university celebrates the full diversity of the Jewish community and is especially aware that Jews of color have historically been excluded and marginalized by mainstream American Judaism. Because our history and institutional goals are rooted in the pursuit of social justice, we include this value in all that we do.
