A senior lecturer at the Naval Postgraduate School, Mitchell Friedman teaches classes on management communication, leadership, ethics and organizational behavior. He earned his EdD at the University of San Francisco. David Silver, MA’84, and his wife, Hilary, of West Hartford, Connecticut, welcomed their first grandchild, Saul Jonathan Langer, on June 14. The baby’s parents are Shira and Alex Langer, of Washington, D.C. David reports he really enjoyed attending Alumni College during Alumni Weekend this spring.
