Cassandra (Waterman) Federman wrote and illustrated her first picture book, “This Is a Sea Cow,” published by Albert Whitman & Company in September. The book is aimed at readers 5-7 years old. The Children’s Museum of Manhattan appointed Sara Friedlander to its board. Sara is international director and specialist head of the postwar and contemporary art department at Christie’s New York. Abigail Wolf was Honoree of the Year at the 2019 Israel Folkdance Festival of Boston. A longtime dancer and choreographer, Abby is an elder-law attorney in Washington, D.C.
