Sending a Document to Crawford Technologies
In order to make your PDFs accessible quickly and correctly, we recommend sending them to Crawford Technologies for remediation.
Crawford Technologies Remediation Process
Average price per page: $7 (complex documents and fillable forms cost more)
- Send your file(s) to das-quotes@crawfordtech.com for a quote, indicating that this project is for Brandeis.
- Crawford replies (usually within the same day) with a quote and a timeframe for completion.
- Standard turnaround time is 3-5 days. You can also ask them to expedite remediation (for a higher price).
- You tell Crawford whether to proceed or not. Important: They will not start a project without confirmation.
- If you proceed, Crawford will send you the remediated PDF within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- You will be sent an invoice.
