Stephen Berger writes, “For eight months, I haven’t been in my office or attended any board meetings except via Zoom, a digital format that sucks energy from the body. However, recent events have restored my trust in the rabbi’s promise: ‘This, too, shall pass.’” Karin Meyers has been working on her memoir, a project of the Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center in White Plains, New York, which teaches about the Holocaust. Since August 2008, Sylvia (Ford) Zippor has been retired and living in Jerusalem. She enjoys sightseeing; studying Yiddish, Hebrew short stories and the Gemara; and writing stories.
