Eric Kabakoff released his first book, “Rally Caps, Rain Delays and Racing Sausages,” a chronicle of his trips to every major-league baseball stadium. Pegah Hendizadeh Rosenthal married Steven Rosenthal on Aug. 4, 2013, at the Inn at Longshore, in Westport, Conn. Pegah’s two children, Jordan and Jasmine, served as ring bearer and flower girl. Tyler Korn, who practices tax law in Florida and New York, received the Irving and Cherna Moskowitz Award from the Zionist Organization of America at the organization’s 115th annual Justice Brandeis Awards Dinner in New York City. Vladimir Shendelman was named a partner at Perella Weinberg, where he provides legal counsel to the advisory and asset-management businesses. Formerly, Vladimir was an attorney in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s mergers and acquisitions group. Chad Spigel, a professor of religion at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, was promoted to associate professor and awarded tenure. James Null left Reed Smith to join Greenberg Traurig’s tax and global practices in New York. He concentrates on U.S. federal tax matters. Wendy Stein has rejoined Gibbons as counsel in the intellectual property (IP) department. She had been managing her own firm, devoted to IP and complex litigation.
