Introducing Brandeis Online

Dear Faculty and Staff,
For decades, the Rabb School of Continuing Studies at Brandeis has been delivering top-tier asynchronous online degrees and certificates that provide students from around the world with the flexibility and accessibility to earn their degrees remotely. We currently offer master's degrees, master’s certificates, and many undergraduate courses online in the summer.
Brandeis has begun expanding our online degree (undergraduate and graduate) and certificate programs under the new umbrella of Brandeis Online. The mission of Brandeis Online is to deliver a world-class education entirely online to learners worldwide by collaborating with the entire university. As leaders in access to higher education since our founding in 1948, the expansion and investment of online learning is a continued investment in expanding access.
Led by the Rabb School of Continuing Studies, Brandeis Online will oversee the management and development of all online degree and certificate programs with staff resources as well as through the university's online program manager partnership with Wiley University Services. All new online programs will be a collaboration between academic units and Brandeis Online.
The first programs that will be a part of Brandeis Online are the following:

- Bioinformatics (MS), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- Business Analytics (MSBA), Brandeis International Business School
- Digital Marketing and Design (MS), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- Jewish Professional Leadership (MA), Graduate School of Arts and Sciences
- Project and Program Management (MS), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- Software Engineering (MSE), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- User-Centered Design (MS), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
Master’s Certificates
- Cheminformatics (Master's Certificate), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- Drug Discovery Informatics (Master's Certificate), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- Genomics (Master's Certificate), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
- Healthcare Analytics (Master's Certificate), Rabb School of Continuing Studies
Over the next few months, we will be sharing more information about Brandeis Online, as well as new online degree and certificate program offerings through different academic schools at Brandeis. Any department interested in offering online programs will have the opportunity to make proposals in early 2024. I encourage you to attend the information sessions that will be run by Brandeis Online to learn more about the processes and plans for online learning at the university.
