Costs, Scholarships and Financial Support
Tuition rates for Brandeis' Teacher Leadership Programs are listed below.
We recommend all students complete the Cost of Attendance Calculator to estimate the full cost of attendance and to assist in requesting aid.
“Can I afford to go to Brandeis?” Given the cost of higher education, that’s a frequent and understandable question. Scholarships for the AGS and EdM are available to qualified applicants. For more information, please email Margery Sokoloff, assistant director of the Teacher Leadership Program.
The Brandeis-Waltham Teacher Leader Fellowship allows teachers (K-12) from Waltham Public Schools (WPS) to enroll in the AGS course of study with significant financial support from both Brandeis and the district. All applications must be supported by their school leadership. Please note that participants should be prepared to stay within the district for three years following their participation in the Fellowship program to be eligible for the WPS scholarship.
The Jewish Day School Fellowship allows teachers (K-12) from Jewish day schools in the US to enroll in the AGS course of study with a full tuition scholarship. Also covered by the Fellowship are most travel costs to and from Brandeis, on-campus housing, and meals for two summer sessions. The Fellowship also covers an additional (second) year of one-on-one coaching post-program completion. Teachers admitted to the Teacher Leadership Program from Jewish day schools will automatically be considered for the Fellowship. Applicants must be nominated by their Head of School and have at least 5 years of classroom experience.
Students admitted to the Master of Education Leadership programs may be eligible to apply for loans. Please also visit "How to Apply for Loans" section of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences website for more information. Students admitted to the Advanced Graduate Study and Master of Education Leadership programs can also email any questions to Monique Howell, assistant director of financial aid.
