Moses Feldman received a Distinguished Service Award at the Appalachian Mountain Club’s annual meeting in January. Burton Kaufman retired in 2005 as dean of Miami University’s School of Interdisciplinary Studies, in Oxford, Ohio. He has completed a biography of Barack Obama, which will be published by Cornell University Press. He lives with his wife, Jane (Schultz) Bloom ’63, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Anne Marie Nawawi celebrated her birthday with a surprise visit from the Boston Fiesta Mariachi Band — since family members couldn’t be present because of COVID-19, they sent her a little bit of Texas instead. She is a gardener, traveler, reader, needlewoman and collector of blue-and-white china.
