She is president and CEO of the Leapfrog Group, which represents employers and other purchasers of health care calling for improved safety and quality in hospitals. Hali Kaufman-Sowle is an associate dentist at Eager Family Dentistry, in Riverside, Rhode Island. Rachelle Schlosser reports she and ex-roommates Debra Green Garfinkle, Lisa Barkan, Lorna Bergman Rhyins, and Jennifer Schwartz were finally able to meet in person in NYC after a pandemic’s worth of monthly Zoom calls.
