A solo exhibition of Hannah Chalew’s sculptural drawings, titled “Dry Cypress Bayou,” was held at New Orleans’ IBIS Contemporary Art Gallery in January. An educator and environmental activist, Hannah is the winner of the 2022 South Arts Southern Prize. Aaron Finegold is chief marketing officer at Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive-search consulting firm. Daniel and Lara Newman, and their children, Marco and Carmen, moved to Greenville, South Carolina, in 2021. Lara works as a cornea specialist with Jervey Eye Group, a private ophthalmology practice. Daniel teaches middle school social studies at a state charter school. Jordan Suchow, assistant professor in the School of Business at the Stevens Institute of Technology, was named a Presidential Fellow at Stevens. The honor recognizes a young faculty member’s research achievements and potential contributions to the institution.
