Are you a Brandeis alumnus? The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences would like to help you fulfill your academic and career aspirations through graduate education.
We are proud to offer up to a $2,000 scholarship* to alumni who completed a Brandeis program and have been admitted into most full-time GSAS master’s programs. Similarly, this scholarship is offered to current Brandeis students who will complete their degree by the time they start a master’s program. To be considered, please follow the instructions below. Depending on the program, this scholarship may be in addition to any merit or need-based aid for which the student may be eligible.
The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences hopes that this scholarship will help facilitate your continued education at Brandeis University.
If you have questions about the information contained on this page, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
This scholarship is only for Graduate School of Arts and Sciences programs. It is not for the Heller School, Brandeis’ International Business School, or Rabb Graduate Professional Studies. Alumni enrolling in most GSAS master's programs are eligible for up to a $2,000 alumni scholarship in addition to their other financial awards.* To be eligible for this alumni scholarship, students must maintain a minimum of two semesters in residency in a GSAS program. In the Master of Arts in Teaching program and the MS in Biotechnology program, the alumni scholarship replaces any other merit funding.
Students admitted to any Hornstein program, Genetic Counseling, or the five-year bachelor's/master's program in Biotechnology are not eligible for the alumni scholarship. Four-year bachelor's/master's students are not eligible for the GSAS alumni scholarship as financial assistance is managed through the undergraduate financial aid office.
Please note that the Alumni Scholarship is not available to students awarded scholarships that cover 100% of tuition.
Please select your respective affiliation(s) of Brandeis alumni and/or Brandeis current student on the Additional Information page of your application.
Current Brandeis students and alumni receive an application fee waiver when applying for a graduate program in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences via the online application. This should occur automatically in the online application.
