Alumni Resources

The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences boasts a network of more than 8,000 alumni around the world. All of our alumni are entitled to the benefits and services offered by the Brandeis University Alumni Association (BUAA), including Brandeis Magazine, Brandeis Email, BConnect, Library Resources, Brandeis Travelers, and much more.

GSAS is represented on the BUAA Board of Directors by Vipin Suri PhD’01.

Our school has graduated notable alumni across many fields, including television, music, theater, publishing, business, politics, academia and scientific research. If you are interested in engaging with our amazing alumni community, here are a few good places to start:

Reconnecting with GSAS

Reconnecting with alumni is one of Dean Cadge’s priorities for GSAS over the next few years. If you have a suggestion or recommendation for programming you would like to see, please reach out to Simon Goodacre, Senior Associate Director of Communications for GSAS. Please also feel free to submit an item to the GSAS Alumni Newsletter to let us know your recent news.

GSAS held its second town hall for alumni on October 6, 2022. We plan to keep hosting these events each semester, so stay tuned for a town hall announcement in the spring!

Support Our Efforts to Increase Career Diversity

Graduate education has never been sought in so many venues as it is today. We are always seeking alumni with interesting or unusual career paths that can serve as a model for our students. If you are interested in connecting with our current students to discuss your career path or serve as a mentor, please contact Marika McCann, Associate Director, Professional Development and Employer Outreach. You may also sign up to indicate your willingness to hear from current students.
