Rachel (Cook) Goclawski teaches foraging and mushrooming to youth and adults in Massachusetts. Featured on the front pages of the Worcester Telegram & Gazette and The Millbury-Sutton Chronicle last spring, she is a contributing writer for the international magazine The Cook’s Cook.
